We want you to be fully satisfied with your BioTechUSA apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments back into their original BioTechUSA packaging along with the completed return form.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
